RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you wish to return your online purchase for any reason, you can do so within 14 days from the date you have received your purchase.
We will provide a refund, only if the items are returned to us unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. We will refund your money within 14 business days.
An item bought on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please fill in the return form, you can download it here. Include the return form with the repacked goods, along with the original invoice. Please use the original shipping box or another solid carton box. Make sure the box is securely closed. You can send the package to:
